A memory from Pieter
The photo was taken after a concert in Rotterdam in 1980, where
Shirley had been presented with a gold record for her 25th Anniversary
Album.
“I remember we waited for Shirley after the show and I asked her if I
could take a picture of her with the gold record. She was very nice
and enthusiastic. I used a high sensitive film and I did not use a
flashlight. So Shirley said: Where is the flash?”
