Love your Shirley Bassey Site, every day I have a peek I would like to add to the ‘Never Never Never’ topic that the Dutch singer, the late Conny Vandenbos (she participated in 1965 in the Eurovision Songcontest for the Netherlands) recorded in 1974 a Dutch version of the song called “Waarom, Waarom, Waarom” (Why, Why, Why). The song pretty much translated what Shirley sang about. Love, Aidan”
