This is part of what Leona, Annie, DSB and everyone involved in the Mandela concert are trying to improve.
Over the years Dame Shirley has helped raise funds for a wide range of humanitarian, healthcare, children’s and other charities. I don’t know of any other celebrity who has quietly and consistently given so much with no concern for self-promotion.
