Shirley for Fashion sCares?
Manchester 2006
Although I normally do not like to post rumours it is being widely speculated that Shirley will appear at this year’s Fashion sCares. The event is to take place on November 1st at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. It is an annual AIDS benefit. Shirley has appeared at a number of Aids benefit galas in the past. The event is to be hosted by David Furnish , the partner of Sir Elton John.
It would be great if this rumour turned out to be true.

Viva Diva part 4
In 1998 Dame Shirley Bassey performed in front of the pyramids in Egypt on October the 8th. This special was recorded 4 days prior to that inspired by that performance. It was broadcast on New Years Eve 1998 by the BBC. This show was also broadcast later in the USA and Canada as a slightly different version with added interviews with Shirley.
