Dame Shirley at Royal Ascot.
Dame Shirley attended Royal Ascot today (17th June) and above is a photo of her at the event. I have to be honest and say I’m not keen on her outfit but have to admit she always goes for something a little unusual. The hat was made by Piers Atkinson, a London based designer who used to work with Zandra Rhodes before starting his own label.
