Does anybody miss me?

Today we are playing ‘Does anybody miss me?’ from the 1979 BBC-show as a special request from Dame Shirley fan Howard.
It is one of his favourite songs and he asked us to play it once more. Since it was already on the blog a few weeks ago we now have  the BBC-show version. I hope you enjoy it Howard and all the best from the Blog team. Thank you for your lovely message.

‘Does anybody miss me?’ was the first song on the first show of the 1979 series so it was her opener  of the six 1979- shows in true Bassey style.

On June 28th Dame Shirley attended the White Tie & Tiara Ball which was held in the grounds of Sir Elton Jone’s home in Windsor.  It is an annual charity event held to raise funds for the Elton John Aids Foundation which she usually attends.  This was the 14th time it has been held.  She looked as stunning as ever.
