For this blog we I have the duet Dame Shirley did with Dame Edna on the 2007 ‘Dame Edna Show’. The year Dame Shirley got the party started again thanks to Nikki and Been from ‘Never the Bride’. This is duet # 39 and it looks like we are going to have a total of 40 duets. It is difficult to say what my favourite duet was but this duet is my least favourite one, although Dame Shirley looks and sounds fabulous. We had some great and funny ones. Especially the duets with Les Dawson. Les Dawson and Noel Harisson are the only ones that did more than one duet with the Dame. Also it was great to find so much more new material, including videos, while doing research for the duets. As a bonus I have for you this wonderful radio interview from 2007.
