“BBC Children in Need is a very special charity doing incredible work for disadvantaged children, so I of course wanted to support them in re-styling Pudsey Bear. Pudsey is an icon, and as such I felt he deserved a bit of sparkle, and just a touch of luxury, after all, he deserves it”
Dame Shirley‘s design is so very ‘Bassey’, quite luxurious, and a crowd favourite. ‘Bassey-Pudsey’ and the other seven bears are on display at St. Pancras International , in London, from November 4 – 17, 2013. The BBC Children In Need charity raises funds to help disadvantaged young people throughout the United Kingdom.
