I just hope this news about a new Album is not just a flash in the pan, rumours like this have been around before, and then faded out of sight for good. Please don’t tease ardent DSB fans – lets just have some real positive news about releases and not just promises that come to nothing.

I hope it is an album of songs that Shirley particularly wanted to record and perhaps has been collecting for a while and now has the right collection for a CD. what about `HERE`S TO LIFE`, `MUSIC` `YOU NEEDED ME ` `I`M STILL HERE` ,`EVERYBODY LOVES ME `All memorable moments in the concerts. Here are some songs I would like to have heard Shirley sing: `WHERE HAVE ALL THE FLOWERS GONE?`, `I DREAMED A DREAM` `WHEN I DREAM` `THE SOUTH SIDE OF CHICAGO` `STARS`, `THE FLOOD` `I NEED TO KNOW` & so many more.

Thank you for the reactions on my video. I was always sceptical concerning any tour rumours or other speculations but, Dennis, I am quite confident that I have not jumped the gun as Russell Gilbert doesn’t seem like someone spreading a hoax. Not to mention the official website activity.

Bloody marvellous!!! (Christ, I sound Welsh! and I love it see….) – Shirley has done so much TV work and live performances, you couldn’t have got everything in – but what a collection of totally marvellous exytraordinary footage?! and so well placed with the music- jeeez- this is classy Bassey and we have waited so long—–I am playing this over and over again- as I said BLOODY MARVELLOUS!!!! Mikey Mike x Bassey Revival is a coming!! ThornyCroft needs to be employed by DSB anyday!
