Just look at todays Daily Mail to see Dame Shirley , the QUEEN OF GLAMOUR ,48 YEARS on from 1971 to 2019 at the 71st RED CROSS BALL , in MONACO supporting Prince Rainier & Princess Charlene,
I REPEAT, Sensational, Fabulous , Beautiful, Glamourous, Dynamic,
There is only ONE , GREATEST ENTERTAINER IN THIS WORLD ,
and it is the one & only DAME SHIRLEY BASSEY .
Thanks Pieter , I would also like to say it is ONE year ago this week
that Dame Shirley Wrote to me wishing me to Get well & stay Positive
when I had my Lung Cancer Operation , I BELIEVE, without doubt her WORDS & get well wishes ,to be POSITIVE , have along with God , Family & Friends , got me ONE YEAR ON to be a survivor ,
THANK YOU to all Bassey Blog Friends who sent me get well wishes ,
But to DAME SHIRLEY , The GRATITUDE for your words, of to be POSITIVE will be FOREVER , the words that have got me one year

BACK IN BRUM FOR A WEEK, DENNIS – YOU WILL HAVE SEEN HOW MUCH IT HAS CHANGED. IT’S NOT THE BRUM YOU AND I USED TO KNOW, IS IT? I REMEMBER SEEING DSB AT THE ODEON IN NEW STREET – OH HAPPY DAYS.
