Yesterday, August the 9th. Dame Shirley Bassey performed at a dinner for the Unicef Summer Gala in Porte Cervo in Sardinia Italy presented by Luisaviaroma. Dame Shirley back in Sardinia. The Italian island where she used to spend her holidays in the seventies in their summer home with her family. Dame Shirley sang her Bond songs Goldfinger and Diamonds Are Forever and s’Wonderful.
A few weeks ago there was already a hint that something was coming when the picture below appeared on Instagram. The dress she wore at the Oscars in 2013 was altered for yesterday’s performance.

The evening included a live auction under the stars to raise funds for UNICEF’s programs helping children in need. TABAYER kindly donated one of her iconic pendants valued in $60,000 to support the cause.
