Today  a review of  ‘You’re the one that I want’ which is a duet from the 1979 BBC-show  Shirley Bassey did with Lulu. The song was from the musical ‘Grease’ and on her 1995 album ‘Shirley Bassey sings the movies’ Dame Shirley Bassey recorded another song from that musical/film;  ‘Hopelessly devoted to you’.

The duet of Shirley and Lulu ends in a fight and Lulu gets slapped by Shirley out of view from the BBC cameras.

In 2016 Dame Shirley Bassey performed with Blake at the Henley Festival. She performed at Queen Elizabeth 90.th birthday and the TV special for her 80th. birthday special was recorded in London.
