In 2019 Dame Shirley Bassey received the Freedom of the city of Cardiff and she was on ITV’s Christmas Show. She was watching tennis that summer from the Royal Box. She performed for Unicef on Sardinia and had her hand prints cemented at Wembley and she was at the NME awards.

2019 was a very happy and rewarding year for DSB. I am so glad she received her most deserved, prestigious accolades before the world was dramatically turned upside down not long after these very lovely occasions. Nathan Wybum’s art is Beautiful, and he looks so happy in these pictures with DSB and Mariah Carey. Of course DSB looked gorgeous at each of these occasions. I love the picture with her and Katherine Jenkins. I pray 🙏 that she is still doing well and happy as we come out of this global crisis. I pray 🙏 that you Pieter, and all the fans are well and happy.
