A three DVD set has been released with documentaries about Freddie Mercury. On one of the three documentaries there is a short clip about Dame Shirley Bassey. Freddie Mercury was a huge Shirley Bassey fan and of course Dame Shirley recorded two of his songs. The Show Must Go On & Who Wants To Live For Ever. The short clip of the live version of This Is my Life is from the 1990 Atlantic City concert. The short clip you see in the documentary can also be seen on the 2009 documentary about Dame Shirley called Imagine.

Thank you Pieter. I would think that DSB and Queen really admired each other. As a matter of fact I think they would have been great doing a duet or some type of performance.
