Today an article from Choice Magazine. This year isn’t over yet but I think we already had the highlight of this year with Dame Shirley Bassey’s performance at the Royal Albert Hall a few weeks ago for the 60th. anniversary of James Bond. Again ‘From The Archive’ has drawn to the end and for the next blog we will start again from the top as there are still so many interesting articles from almost 70 (!) years Dame Shirley has been in show business. As you all know her 70th. Jubilee will be next year in 2023 and course that year will bring us certainly more surprises.

Wonder what DSB will surprise us with for her 70th anniversary year next year. Personally I would love her to sing her first No. 1- AS I LOVE YOU, and a song off her last album I OWE iT ALL TO YOU- no more Bond please!

So glad to see this recent Choice Magazine article. What an exciting fortunate life, in spite of the heart breaking inescapable experiences life xan bring to all. I guess we will see what DSB’s 70th Anniversary will bring. Wishing her continued health, peace, accomplishment and happiness. Thank you very much Pieter.
