Lyrics:

I, I who have nothing
I, I who have no one
Adore you and want you so
I’m just a no one, with nothing to give you but oh
I love you

You, you buy her diamonds
Bright, sparkling diamonds
But believe me, dear, when I say
That she can give you the world
But she’ll never love you the way
I love you

You can take her any place she wants
To fancy clubs and restaurants
But I can only watch you with
My nose pressed up against the window pane

I, I who have nothing
I, I who have no one
Must watch you, go dancing by
Wrapped in the arms of somebody else
(but) Darling it is I

Who loves you

  1. I love this recording , what a strange idea to release something purely for DJS! I also like the dramatic photograph. Such is the talent of this enduring star that I am writing this when today the track listing is officially released for the new album at the age of 77.

    1. David she has a new album coming out. Check Amazon.co.uk Shirley Bassey “Hello Like Before.” You can pre-order it. Who knows she might do a recorded performance or a short world tour. We can pray so.
