Incredible song, absolutely adore it, it never fails to give me goosebumps, especially when performed live! Shirley takes it to a vocal and artistic level way beyond the boldest hopes of the songwriters and makes yet another Bassey classic. Too sad (in my personal opinion) that in later years she did not record much original material, especially of of that caliber and quality of orchestration except ‘The Performance” whic, alas, was underpromoted though it had that Bassey Class and potential – again – in my view.
I will try to see NTB live in New York City, thanks for the info!

I usually dislike remixes but this is really infectious and demonstrates DSB`S versatility on contempporary or classic material.

Yes another Great cover song by Dame Shirley, as usual she took it to another demension. The remixes weren’t bad at all- especially the 4th track on the cd single with it’s pounding introduction.
